SKYCREST BOOK CLUB Join us for an evening of fun and lively discussion on February 18th. This month's book is The Fixer Upper by Mary Kay Andrews.We meet at St. Pauls Lutheran Church on Saturn Avenue, the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM. 
 
FLAGS ON CLEVELAND STREET

Skycrest Neighborhood Welcome Garden

39th Annual Mainsail Art Festival
Saturday, April 19th, 2014 Vinoy Park, Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm
As a premier cultural event on St. Petersburg’s outdoor calendar, over 100,000 visitors from near and far come to enjoy and purchase quality art and enjoy top name entertainment. The Mainsail committee of hard-working volunteers produces this annual fine arts festival exhibiting artists competing for $60,000 in prize money. And as always, there will be plenty of kids activities as volunteers from the Junior League of St. Petersburg offer future artists the chance to unleash creativity with FREE activities: fish prints, magical star wands, watercolor butterflies, marble artistry, and to celebrate Earth Day, plant your own bean stalk.

Saturday in the Park with Mom
Saturday, May 10th, 2014 11:30am-3pm Largo Central Park
Saturday in the Park with Mom Sun Coast Family Health Fest is a community event celebrating mothers and promoting healthy families. The event includes live music, children’s activities, entertainment and educational experiences for family members of all ages. Admission to the park is FREE. Food and beverages will be available. Emphasizing a comprehensive health perspective, the event will feature a Health and Wellness Fair. The theme will extend to demonstrations and exhibits by event sponsors, local non-profit agencies and other community health and service providers. Children are invited to take part in Rokkball demonstration -- a fun, high-energy baseball clinic for youth players. Fitness expert Carmen Baxter will lead willing participants in warm up exercises to get them ready to move in rhythm. For music lovers, the main stage comes alive for hours of non-stop entertainment, featuring Tampa Bay singer and songwriter Jim Lanier and featuring the 2014 Largo Teen Idol Winner
