Skycrest Neighbors is excited to participate in the City of Clearwater's CAN program. This grant awards program was first introduced in 2007 and is based on the premise of awarding neighborhoods for the work they do to improve their communities in unique and positive ways. Monetary awards are given in a variety of categories from an Overall Award of Excellence to Awards for Best Communication System and promoting a Healthy and Fit Neighborhood. We hope participating in this program will encourage us to implement new ideas and grow our association. Full details on the CAN program can be found in the City's
